A mother of three, Lauren’s journey with her own children led her to gain specialty experience in working with children with tethered oral tissues. Lauren is an avid learner, and has received the ASHA ACE Award (Award for Continuing Education) multiple times. Lauren started Blossom to fulfill a perceived need for feeding and oral myofunctional therapy services within the region. When she’s not working with clients, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and children, running, and hiking in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
Blossom Speech & Feeding was founded by Lauren Bair, a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric feeding and swallowing. Lauren graduated in 2008 with a M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been an ASHA (American Speech-Language Hearing Association) certified and Pennsylvania-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist since 2009.
Lauren’s passion lies in treating the pediatric population, and helping children thrive with eating and communicating from infancy. She has extensive experience in outpatient medical settings and Early Intervention.
